Anything a user does based on this information will create no liability for ADHD Explained LLC.

This Site is available to users via paid membership as set forth herein.
We do not guarantee the availability of any part of the Site or its content. We reserve all rights to withdraw, suspend or restrict the content at any time for any reason. Where possible, we will give you reasonable notice if the Site is to be suspended.
We do not guarantee that this Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform to access our Site. You are responsible for your own virus protection software.

PAYMENT TERMS
Client understands the cost of the Membership Site is twenty dollars ($20) per month if paid monthly or two-hundred dollars ($200) per year if paid annually. Charges are made automatically, in accordance with the Auto-Renewal Terms outlined herein. User understands he/she is responsible for the full payment each renewal period, and agrees to allow ADHD Explained, through our payment processing system, to charge the payment method they provided. Should Client fail to make timely payments, or if additional payments are not able to be processed, Client understands that their access to the Site will be terminated. Please note, your Credit Card information will never be processed or stored on our Site.
REFUND POLICY
ADHD Explained does not offer refunds once individual has purchased access to the
Membership Site. If the individual is dissatisfied with his or her membership, he or
she may elect to Cancel via the CANCELATION POLICY, and will not be charged for subsequent membership as long as the cancellation is within the allotted period of time.
User further agrees and understands that changing his/her mind about the
Membership Site, failing to follow through or understand the details of the
Membership Site, not experiencing the results he/she expected or desired,
or experiencing any other similar situations does not entitle the individual to a refund.
When purchasing membership to this Site you will enter into a contract of sale with us at the point of sale.

CANCELATION POLICY
If the user wishes to cancel a membership, the user must do so more than 24 hours before the charge is scheduled to withdraw. Any requests for cancellation made less than 24 hours before the automatic renewal is scheduled will take effect the following period.
In order to cancel a membership, the user must go into their account and select to cancel the membership. Users will be notified upon completion of cancellation via Email and his or her membership will subsequently be cancelled prior to the following billing period, again assuming it was cancelled in a timely manner.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS
As outlined above, if a user cancels his or her membership less than 24 hours before the automatic renewal is scheduled to charge the user’s card, the user acknowledges and agrees he or she will be charged for the next month or year, and the cancellation will take effect following the charge. Should this occur, user will have access to Membership Site for the month or year that was paid for, with membership terminating at the end of the payment cycle. If User purchased access to Membership Site during a period in which a free month(s), or trial period was granted, Member understands he or she will be automatically charged the full yearly amount following the end of the trial period. User will not be given any additional notice regarding the end of the trial period.

JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana, USA and any applicable federal laws . By using this Site you agree that any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this website and or under this agreement will be resolved via Arbitration in the State of Louisiana, Parish of St. Tammany according to the terms and conditions stated herein.
If unable to reach a resolution informally, ADHD Explained and User agree that all disputes will be submitted for Arbitration by the American Arbitration Association, to be completed in St.Tammany parish Louisiana within a reasonable amount of time, by one arbitrator. ADHD Explained and User agree to participate in the arbitration process in good faith and in a manner that will effectively and efficiently resolve the dispute at hand, including the exchange of any materials, documents, or information. The decision made by the arbitrator is to be final and binding on both parties, and is not to be appealed or otherwise set aside. It is to be enforceable in any court of proper jurisdiction as a judgement of law or decree. User agrees that the party who prevails in Arbitration will be awarded attorneys fees and will not be responsible for the cost of the Arbitration itself. The losing party to the Arbitration will be responsible for all costs associated with the Arbitration process for both parties.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
By using this site you agree to not engage in the following activities:
- Attempting to or successfully breaching any security or authorization processes
- Disrupting network services
- Introducing malicious code, viruses, trojans, or malware
- Attempting a denial of service or distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack
- Sharing an exclusive discount code with an unintended audience
- Creating user accounts for others without their knowledge
OUR RIGHTS
We have the right at any point to do any of the following:
- Terminate a user’s account
- Restrict a user’s account access or level
- Take appropriate legal action with the relevant authorities
- Take any action in accord with this agreement and the other agreements the user has acknowledged herein.
- Change the cost of Membership with appropriate notification given to Users.
MISCELLANEOUS
While using this Site you may provide personal information about yourself including your name and email address. When providing these details, you agree to provide accurate and up to date information.
Any headings or sections in this agreement are for informational purposes only.
Any promotional offers on our Site are not guaranteed for a specific time period and we maintain the ability to end them at any time without liability.
Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
